The expected delivery date of the order will depend also on the availability and type of product chosen by the customer. If the product ordered is in stock it will be shipped immediately. 10) What are the shipping costs?
Depending on the composition of the shopping cart, during the order confirmation, shipping costs will depend on the value determined through a conversion factor that translates a volume in kilograms taxable (chargeable weight).
11) How Deconlinestore.com ship the ordered products?
The order made by the customer will be processed by Deconlinestore.com logistic service through the best partner courier, specialized in handling fragile product. The ordered products will be delivered with packing at street level. 12) Is there an assembly service? What are the costs?
Deconlinestore.com does not provide the assembly of purchased products, and it will provide delivery at street level (truck side) with express courier. Deconlinestore.com will assemble purchased products at its discretion and with its qualified personnel, only when the place of assembly is located at a distance of not more than 100 km from Deco Mobili point of sale in Martina Franca (Puglia) - with costs previously specified during purchase at the expense of the customer.

13) What to do upon receipt of the ordered product?
Upon receipt the ordered product the Customer shall verify: a) the correspondence of the number of packages received with those specified in the transport document; b) the integrity of the packaging; c) the presence of injury to the packaging, which is not pinched or wet and not showing any alterations that make noise and assume an anomaly to the integrity of the content itself. If the customer detect the presence of anomalies, he has to immediately notice to the carrier upon receipt of the product.
In the case of "good unchecked" the customer must inform Deconlinestore.com about the anomalies founded within 24 hours of delivery itself, by e-mail at email@example.com or by telephone: +39 0804856560.
14) How do request an invoice?
The invoice will accompany the goods during the voyage. For the issuance of the invoice, Deconlinestore will refer to the data provided by the customer during the checkout process. The Customer must pay attention to complete correctly all the billing information. After the issuing of the invoice, Deconlinestore.com will not be able to make any changes to the data shown in the same. The amounts will be shown in Euros only. All prices shown online include VAT. The Customer may change the billing information for each new order placed on the website.
15) It is possible to purchase a Gift Card on Deconlinestore.com?
The Gift Card is a service available on Deconlienstore.com. It is sold exclusively through advance payment and it can be used immediately online and at Deco Mobili showroom in Martina Franca (Puglia). 16) It is possible to return a product ordered? How?
Within 14 days of receipt of the goods ordered, the customer may ask for a return. The customer must send the return request before expiration date, by sending a written communication (with the reference to the order number and the item that he intends to return) by fax to the number 080/4308091 or via e-mail to e-mail or by letter firstname.lastname@example.org or via mail to Deco Mobili srl Via Mottola KM 2 Z.na Ind.le, 74015 Martina Franca (TA). Once Deconlinestore.com receive the return request, the Customer Service of Deconlinestore.com will send the customer a written confirmation containing the "Return Authorization Number" and the address to which he has to send the parcel. The purchased goods must be returned unused and undamaged in its original box complete in all its parts (including packaging and documentation and accessories), within a period not exceeding 14 days from receipt of goods to: DECO Mobili Srl Via Mottola KM 2 Z.na Ind.le, 74015 Martina Franca (TA). The customer must write the return authorization number on the parcel or parcels that intend to return. We recommend to avoid to affix labels or adhesive tape on the original packaging of the product. It is not possible to ask for a return of customized goods. 17) In which cases the return is not allowed?
The right of withdrawal governed by the Terms and Conditions is not applied to:
- the goods custom made or clearly personalized (i.e.: kitchens, furniture of non-standard measures, paintings, cabinets, sofas, bedrooms, beds, etc. and everything that involves customization);
- the sealed goods which are not suitable to be returned for hygiene reasons related to health protection and were unsealed after delivery (eg. mattresses, pillows, bedding articles, etc. ).

18) How to proceed in case of different or defective merchandise?
In the case of different or defective product Deconlinstore.com will replace the same product on the condition that Customer shall give notice within 10 days from the date of receipt, subject to availability of the product. Verified the existence of the alleged defect, Deconlinestore.com will send the customer a free replacement component or product in the shortest time possible. The replacements will be made to the shipping address entered at time of purchase.
19) In the event of product’s unavailability I will be refunded?
If a purchased order contains an article which became in the meantime - even for mere error - not available, the order of that article will be void. Deconlinestore.com will promptly refund the amount paid by the customer, including shipping costs, and in any case within a period of thirty days from the day following the receipt of the order. 21) In case of purchase for disabled people, it is possible to benefit from preferential VAT?
Shopping on www.deconlinestore.com the customer can benefit from preferential VAT at 4%, which is reserved for the handicapped person referred to in Article 3 of Law 104 of 1992.
