Shipping & Assembly

DELIVERY TIME

Deconlinestore.com agrees to comply with shipping times announced on the website. The expected delivery date of the order will depend on the availability of the product ordered and the type of article chosen by the customer. Deconlinestore.com is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
 
If the customer purchases a product that can be customized, the order processing time may vary depending on the production process of quality handmade of the parent company.  In any case, if unexpected events that may slow the completion of an order happen, Deconlinestore.com promptly notify the customer in order to agree with the best delivery solution.

COSTS


Depending on the composition of the cart, during order confirmation, shipping costs will depend on the value determined through a conversion factor that translates a volume into taxable kilograms (chargeable weight).


LOGISTICS PARTNER
 
The customer's order will be processed by the logistics service of Deconlinestore.com through the best logistics partners specialized in handling of fragile product.
The ordered products will be delivered with packing at the street level. A single driver drives the vehicle, there are no other persons for any help in unloading the goods. Upon delivery, the customer must be ready and equipped to receive the goods which the courier will deliver directly from the vehicle. Assembly and delivery to the floor are not included. All costs for any additional services are charged to the customer.



SHIPMENT TRACKING  

The customer can check the order’s status by clicking here.
Once sent the order, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming shipment containing all the information about the courier who handle the shipment of the package. This information also will be available in every personal account. In addition, the customer can monitor the traceability of the shipment on the courier’s website.


SHIPPING OUTSIDE ITALY
 

 
For shipping outside of Italy, the customer must specify the country of destination during the process of purchase or must send a request via email to , specifying the delivery area. Deconlinestore.com will provide all the necessary information to proceed.



AT SHIPMENT RECEIPT

Upon receipt the ordered product, the Customer shall verify:

a) the correspondence of the number of packages received with those specified into the transport document;
b) the integrity of the packaging;
c) the presence of injury to the packaging, which is not pinched or wet and not showing any alterations that make noise and assume an anomaly to the integrity of the content itself.

If the customer detect the presence of anomalies, he has to immediately notice to the carrier upon receipt of the product.

In the case of "good unchecked" the customer must, within 24 hours of delivery itself, inform Deconlinestore.com about the anomalies founded by e-mail at or by telephone: 080/48.56.560

Deconlinestore.com cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order from the customer. Deconlinestore.com also cannot be liable for any damage occurring to products after delivery to the carrier for transportation of the same, as well as for delay in delivery.

 

HOW TO ASSEMBLE PRODUCTS
 
There is no installation of purchased products. Express courier will perform delivery at street level. Although most of the products are pre-assembled and/or easy to assemble, their assembly may be difficult for people with little skill. Therefore, we recommend contacting a trusty carpenter in advance to discuss the possibility of the mounting cost. Into every product’s sheet information and/or every packaging you will find the level of difficulty of assembly for each product. For any questions or information regarding the product’s assembly an Online Support Assistant is available  to support customers at every stage of the assembly and dispel any doubt concerning the assembly of the product ordered.
 

 

ASSEMBLY WITHIN 100 KM
 
Deconlinestore.com will assemble the purchased products, at its discretion and with its qualified personnel, only when the place of assembly is located at a distance of not more than 100 km from the point of sale DECO MOBILI Srl - Z . Ind.le Martina Franca (TA) Puglia - with carriage forward fee previously specified during the purchase.
